Ordering Images

Payments.

All online payments are made via PayPal. PayPal offers an easy method of paying and there is no need to sign up to PayPal to pay online. Most importantly PayPal ensures the highest level of security over all your transaction details. To find out more about PayPal’s security click here

Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation for your records, showing full details of your order.

Order Completion/Delivery Times.

(i) Image Only Orders. These should be delivered to you within 10 to 15 days of your order. Note that for these orders all images are placed in a hard cardboard tube for safe transportation to you.

(ii) Framed Orders. These orders should be delivered to you within 15 to 25 days of your order. To help ensure safe transportation to you all framed orders are carefully packed by wrapping the frame with bubble wrap and then boxed into an external carton with additional internal packing.

Also to keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will notify you when your order is complete and has been shipped to you.

Damage in Transit.

Even though every effort is made to securely pack your order, if in the event that it should be damaged in transit, I will organise a pick up of the damaged order and then replace it with a new one.

Import Duties and other Taxes.

For international orders, please keep in mind that you may be liable to additional charges imposed by your government for import duties and other taxes. I recommend that you contact your relevant government authority to check if any additional charges will apply by virtue of receiving an order from Australia.
